I leverage this expertise to help leaders increase their effectiveness in three key areas of creative leadership: leading self, leading others, and leading the organization.

I’ve worked with hundreds of leaders and entrepreneurs across the world, in diverse industries from marketing, retail, design, software development, film, art, music, technology, and other small-to-mid-size creative businesses.

I studied under Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi for my PhD, (world-renowned creativity researcher & author of Flow).

In my past roles within organizations, I’ve served as Head of Talent and Organization Development at multi-region, matrixed entertainment and retail marketing agencies - partnering with senior leaders and executives to bring forth culture and leadership transformations that drive innovation, high-performance, and growth.
