The M&A Source, a division of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), is the world’s largest international organization of experienced, dedicated merger and acquisition intermediaries representing the middle market.
The Source was established in 1991 to address the professional issues of merger and acquisition professionals. This organization currently has more than 170 cooperative intermediaries across Mexico, Europe and the United States.
The goals of the Source are:
- To advance the members’ deal making opportunities
- To advance the profession’s practice standards by providing a wide array of programs
